  • Custom or Commissioned Works: For custom-created pieces, processing may take 5–7 business days due to the artisanal nature of the work.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation once your artwork is dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods

  • Domestic (within Pakistan): We partner with trusted local couriers to deliver your artwork with care. Most deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days.

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide via reliable international carriers. Delivery timelines generally range from 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are dynamically calculated at checkout, based on the destination, package weight, and chosen delivery method.

  • For international shipments, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Packaging & Handling

  • Each artwork is carefully packaged: wrapped in protective layers, securely encased in bubble wrap, and boxed with structural reinforcement to ensure safe transit.

  • Fragile shipping materials are standard, and insurance coverage is available for high-value or delicate pieces (at an additional cost).

5. Insurance & Tracking

  • All shipments include tracking information to help you monitor your package in real time.

  • Basic insurance is included for domestic shipments. For international or high-value shipments, optional full-value insurance is available—please contact us to arrange this.

6. Delivery & Exceptions

  • Standard delivery timelines serve as general estimates. Unexpected delays can occur due to customs clearance, carrier logistics, or unforeseen events.

  • If your artwork is damaged, lost, or significantly delayed, please notify us immediately, and we’ll work with the carrier and/or insurer to resolve the issue.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom and often one-of-a-kind nature of original artworks, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or was mis-shipped.

  • If there’s any issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description, and we will address the situation promptly.
